Nadia Rawjee

Nadia began her career in 2003 as a researcher in her family’s diversified business, gaining early exposure to operations across industrial, FMCG, and financial services sectors. After completing her finance and economics degrees, she pursued advanced courses in governance, business development, and financial evaluation, including an Executive Course on Technical & Financial Evaluation of Mineral Projects at WITS.
In 2010, Nadia co-founded Uzenzele Holdings (UH), a niche advisory firm specializing in raising capital for mid-tier companies. Under her leadership, UH has facilitated over R2.8 billion in funding, with an average transaction value of R120 million, and engaged with over 2,000 businesses.
Nadia is also a Strategy & Operating Board Member at Senatla Capital, where she contributes to the oversight of alternative investment funds in private equity, real estate, and infrastructure. She brings her expertise in structuring and executing transactions, governance, and ESG-aligned strategies to this role.
